Welcome to the Champlain Islands Farmers' Market.![]()
The Champlain Islands Farmers' Market connects our community to the great farms, specialty food businesses, and artisan studios in the Champlain Islands. It is a vibrant market that provides the towns of Grand Isle and South Hero with a gathering place for residents and visitors alike, while acting as a marketplace for local businesses.
Located in the beautiful Champlain Islands, surrounded by Lake Champlain and bordered by the Green Mountains of Vermont and the Adirondack Mountains of New York, we are a short drive from Burlington and Plattsburgh and a superb place for a day trip. The farmers' market represents the very best of local products available in our area. You'll find the very freshest locally grown foods, prepared foods, and baked goods made in small, high-quality batches, and unique artisan crafts. Our vendors sell a wide range of products including: fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs, flowers, eggs, grass fed beef, pasture raised chicken, fresh baked breads, pastries, pies, ethnic dishes, jams, pickles, applesauce, hand-spun yarns, hand-carved wooden bowls and tools, hand-crafted jewelry and metalwork, hand-made soaps and more. See our vendor page to learn more about our farmers, bakers, chefs and artists, and visit their web pages to learn more about the work that they do. While many of our vendors attend the market throughout the year, their products change as new crops ripen and the seasons change. We also hold special events throughout the summer including: live music, cooking demonstrations, and agricultural displays. Our Facebook Feed: |
