Visiting the Champlain Islands Farmers' Market
Our market has two, great, summer locations and a winter location as well!
May through September, visit us in South Hero at the St. Rose of Lima Church on Wednesday evenings from 3 to 6pm. The church is located on the west side of Route 2 across from the Keeler Bay Variety Store, just south of the intersection of Routes 2 and 314.
On summer Saturdays, visit us in Grand Isle at St. Josephs Church from 10am to 2pm. The church is located just south of the village of Grand Isle on the west side of Route 2.
In the winter, we hold markets at the South Hero Congregational Church, about a quarter mile south of Route 2.
CIFM is a proud member of the VT Farm to Family Program.

The VT Farm to Family Program gives eligible Vermonters $30 in coupons to buy fresh produce at Vermont Farmers’ Markets. Families enrolled in the Vermont Department of Health's WIC Program are also eligible for coupons. In addition, local Community Action Agencies distribute coupons to non-WIC households based upon income level and family size. Contact the Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity at for information on getting coupons. Coupons are distributed beginning in late June. They are valid for one market season and expire October 31st. Coupons may be spent at any farmers’ market vendor’s stand that displays a Farm to Family poster.
Coupons can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, and cut herbs. They are each worth three dollars, and farmers may not give change for a coupon. Therefore, it's a good idea to have some cash with you to make up small differences.
